Customized frames may require 5–7 business days depending on the complexity of the design.

We ship across Kerala and all over India.

3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 5–10 business days within India.
Remote areas may take a little longer depending on courier services.
You will receive an order tracking ID once your package has been shipped.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on location, frame size and weight.
Free shipping may be available on orders based on offers.
5. Packaging
We ensure secure packaging using bubble wrap, sturdy cartons and protective layers to prevent any damage during transit.
For fragile items like acrylic LED frames, extra care is taken to ensure safe delivery.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the package.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Delays
While we always strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes or courier delays may extend shipping time.
